The Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange (TISAX) is a global information security certification system established to standardize security evaluation criteria for the automotive industry.
The certification process is managed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA).

Taelim Industrial (CEO Oh Seung-han), a manufacturing company based in Changwon, South Korea, announced that it has successfully obtained the prestigious 'TISAX AL3' label, making it the first SME in the Gyeongnam region to achieve this certification. The AL3 level represents the highest standard of information security within the automotive industry, signifying that Taelim has established a robust and highly secure information protection system.

With the TISAX label, Taelim Industrial has strengthened its ability to ensure safe and reliable data exchange with customers. Additionally, it has enhanced its competitive edge in the automotive supply chain market, which increasingly requires stringent security protocols.

During the certification ceremony, DQS KOREA CEO Ji Sin-myung and Inustree consultant Park Bae-young emphasized the importance of TISAX certification for companies that conduct business with firms in Germany and Europe. They explained that, without the TISAX label, companies risk business disruptions or the inability to secure new contracts.

The experts further highlighted that TISAX certification involves a rigorous review process and on-site inspections to ensure a company's internal security management system meets global standards. Therefore, companies should prepare systematically to meet the requirements for certification.

This achievement underscores Taelim Industrial's commitment to information security and its proactive efforts to stay ahead in the global automotive industry.
